{Manufacturing Information}

All products are handmade with all natural ingredients. We source our ingredients from various reputable vendors. If at any time a vendor changes their product in any way that compromises the integrity of our product, we reserve the right to obtain ingredients from a different source. This may result in slight difference in smell, color, or texture in some products.

 

Please be aware that extreme temperatures, hot or cold, may alter the appearance of some products. If you have concerns about a product once you have received it, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

 

We make an effort to only use certified organic ingredients. We do not use added color, preservatives, or any other chemicals in our products. Deviant Charme products have shelf life of 3-6 months (unopened). We recommend all products be used within 30 DAYS of being opened for the best results.

 

These products are tested by personal use by the manufacturer and brand ambassadors. We do not participate in animal testing.

{Product Warnings}

All products on this site are for EXTERNAL USE ONLY unless otherwise specified on the label.

 

Products have not yet been FDA approved. We are currently reviewing the requirements for this process.

 

Test products in a small inconspicuous location and allow up to 48 hours for any possible reaction to present itself. In the event of any adverse reaction, we will offer store credit to replace the product with one that works for you. If irritation occurs, stop use immediately and consult a physician.

 

These products are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any disease or ailment. We only offer remedies based on research of the benefits of the individual ingredients in each product. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA or by any medical professional. The statements on this site are not intended to replace or represent the medical opinion, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions provided by any medical professional or specialist.

{Shipping Information}

Our shipping carrier of choice is USPS. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package and location. Deviant Charme uses flat rate boxes to cut shipping costs as mush as possible, however larger orders may be more expensive. Charges are based on the current rates set by USPS. Once your item is listed as shipped, USPS is responsible for your package. Tracking information is available for all packages.

 

If the carrier loses or damages your order in transit, they are responsible and you will have to file a claim directly through USPS. All packages are insured through USPS, contact your local post office to complete this process. If a package is delayed, we will not ship a new order to replace the delayed order.

 

Please double check your address before you submit your order. Deviant Charme is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. If you do submit an order with the wrong address, send us an email as soon as possible to correct it. Orders are generally processed with 1-2 business days. Once the order has been delivered to the post office, we cannot make any adjustments.

{Refund Policy}

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges. If you have received an incorrect item, please consider gifting the item to a close friend or relative who may enjoy the benefits of the product and contact us within 2 business days with your order number and a photo of the item and we will work to rectify the issue. If you have received a damaged item, please contact customer support. We will request photos of the items received to begin the resolution process. We will gladly reship an order if we are at fault and have received proof within 2 business days of delivery of your order.

 

We do not offer refunds for any products. We are happy to offer store credit in certain circumstances to give you the opportunity to find a new item that may work better for you. In the event of product allergy or adverse reaction, please see a physician immediately, then contact customer support.

 

Customers who initiate chargebacks or refunds through their banking institution will no longer be able to shop on our site. Please allow us the chance to resolve any complaints.

{Wholesale}

All products are available to purchase in wholesale quantities.

Wholesale items are available for purchase by everyone for personal use. Products are measured according to a minimum order quantity of TEN and are not available in lesser quantity.

 

Order Processing

Wholesale orders may take longer than the standard processing time of 1-2 business days.

Due to storage, only retail quantities are kept on hand. Wholesale orders are made to order. Please allow 3-4 business days for orders of 10 products or more to be completed.

If you need a rush order, please contact customer support for rates.

 

Wholesale Discount

All products are discounted 40-60% for wholesale. To receive any further discounts on wholesale purchases, orders must meet one or more of the following criteria:

* Customer must order minimum of five wholesale products.

* Customer must have a monthly billing contract with Deviant Charme.

 

Shipping costs will be calculated using the rates set forth by our carrier.

 

Packaging/Labels

Skincare products are available in minimum quantities of 10oz. Unless otherwise specified, products will be packaged in labeled containers measuring 4 to 6 ounces each depending on the default size indicated. To customize these options, please refer to the information below.

 

Wholesale press ons are available in minimum order quantities of 10 sets. Design, length, and shape, will be randomly selected. To customize these options, please refer to the information below.

 

If you are interested in purchasing the products for your own business, you will need to contact customer support with the following:

1. List your complete order. Do not place your order online. You will receive a personalized invoice detailing any customizations you request.

2. Provide a detailed description, or a photo if possible, of the packaging you prefer.

3. Provide a detailed description of the type of label you prefer and what your label should look like.

You will receive an invoice detailing your request along with any applied discounts. Please review the invoice thoroughly before submitting payment. You will only have 24 hours to make changes to a custom order.

 

Packaging and label costs are included in all business wholesale orders.
